"There was one time when I felt that the life of a trainee was extremely hard, so I phoned home, and without saying anything I just started to cry. At that time my mother said, 'It is alright if you want to quit now, but you hang in there. Whatever you choose Mommy will wait for you.' And that gave me strength," Read more: iamfor2am.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=2amazingjknews&thread=325&page=1#ixzz16koOnTD3 That was really touching... I had tears in my eyes already :/ I can imagine him calling his mom and started crying

I'm not calling him a boy anymore. He's a man! A fine man! Only with such family love can raise a man like that, his parents are truly great.
I can totally understand why he's so frugal. That makes his presents to his parents and wife even more meaningful.
First time ever that I call myself somebody's fan.. I like lots of singers, groups or actors before, but I've never considered myself anyone's fan. Until today. I am Jo Kwon's fan. ^^

~ *sob *sob ... this is so touching! Kwonnie is really a fine man ... He knows how to be grateful to his parents ... And I applaud his parents for being supportive of his chosen career. Without their guidance, Kwon must have lost the heart to pursue his dream ...
~Haay, where in the world can you find such a wonderful person like him? A dutiful son, a caring friend, a talented singer / entertainer and a loving 'husband' ... I totally salute him!

its amazing the way he 'hides' his cool nature and give us this free caring child image.. no wonder he's the leader we think we know him really well but he keeps surprising us... kudos for his parents who sacrificed so much to share such a great person
it took 2 years 2 months after debut and almost 8 years of training to do that for his parents, if we think about all the sacrifices, tears disappointments and triumphs that he experienced from the age of 13, it truly makes my level of love and respect go through the roof
