UPDATES!! [101219] 
This forum will stay up until I have moved everything over. Let's just say I have already decided on the date but I shan't reveal it yet. TOP SECRET! But it will be meaningful, that I can assure you. Now to get everything set up~
It will be AFTER the new year starts though. So, fan fiction writers, resource managers, translators, pls continue with the good job you have done so far!
DOMAIN: We have gotten it. There's nothing there at the moment so no point telling all of you what IT is but it exists.
LOGO: I have seen a draft. I'm quite happy with it. Need to get some modifications done and what nots. Not something I expected but I think it shows off 2AM as a group very well. At least I can justify why I think it's good.
(I know. I'm doing it all over again. Mystery mystery mystery~Expectation is a HEAVY thing. I just hope you would trust me to make the right decisions.)
DONATION: I'm waiting to verify the PayPal account I have set up. I'm really not too sure how money order works and to be honest, I don't want you people to incur extra cost. To me, PayPal is the easiest, most direct, cheapest way of transferring money anywhere. I'd see what I can do to help those who have not used PayPal before.

I set up this forum as something like a test-drive - to see if a forum is feasible, whether there will be people who would participate in the discussion and all. I must say I'm quite glad with the turn-out!
It's been almost a month since I set up the forum, we have close to about 1000 members now. So it's time for the next step.
I have said before this is temporary, and it is indeed that.
We have started website design, logo design, looking at layout, domains, etc, the works. So a few things I need your help with.
Fan Fiction Writers
First, I would like to take this chance to thank all the fan fiction writers who have spend the time to write and post up your work in the forum. I'm sure a lot of us really enjoyed reading what you have written and we hope you would continue your good work.
Please make sure you have your stories in a word document (if you don't already have one) because once we move, all the chapters that have been posted, the comments, etc will be gone. We are moving to a NEW forum client so yes. Be prepared for that.
Do continue to update though. Because the exact date of when we will launch the new site is not fixed yet.
BUT on the new website, we will have a page for all of you to announce your newest chapter and perhaps give a snippet of what your newest chapter has to offer.
I can only give you more details after I see the final web design but yes, that's in the plans.
Everything else
For now, I will stop updating images of the boys. I believe 2AMFacts's tumblr does offer very updated pics of the boys so if you want to see the latest pictures, maybe you can follow 2AMFact's twitter and tumblr.
Existing threads will be backed up manually so when we have the new platform ready it will be put back.
Funding
I know this is a little sensitive but I would be as transparent as I can with this.
I will provide a rundown of the amount required for the domain, and all other costs associated with the set-up of the website and I would take donation via PayPal. Once we have enough I will announce and I will cease the donation. There will be a donors' list so we can keep a clear record.
Don't worry about donation part, it's not an obligation. Just contribute if you feel that you really want to. I'd try to keep the cost low.
If we plan for other projects for the boys, like sending flowers/presents for important events, then that's when I would ask for contributions. If not, I also do not want to keep the funds with me.
Subbing
It is with some measure of regret that I'm announcing this - we won't be subbing the videos and might even stop subbing AML altogether. At least temporarily. If I get more people in the future who are willing to give of their time, either in translating or timing/subbing, then I'd consider.
But if need be, I can offer text translations. We'll see what happens, alright?
This is all very very new to me, so during this period of time, if I have offended anyone or not done enough, I seek your understanding.
